Last week Room 9 and 9a made jelly.
We talked about how the jelly crystals were a solid but when we put the hot water in, the crystals dissolved and turned into a liquid.
We went and put it in the fridge.
When we got it out after lunch it was not a liquid anymore!
We all got to try some jelly.
We loved it!
A surprising amount of science behind such a simple experiment and you got to eat it!
