Room 9 did some Easter artwork last week.
Here are a couple of the Easter bunny pictures that we made.
We also made some cool bunny ears. Here we are wearing them!
We hope you are all having a wonderful long weekend!
We were so lucky to have the Howick Fire Brigade come and visit us last Wednesday.
They told us all about what they do and what we should do if there is a fire in our house.
We know that if our clothes catch on fire we need to stop, drop and roll. We had a practice of this.
We had to get down low and crawl out of the hall fast. This is what we need to do if there is a real fire.
We then got to go outside and have a look at the fire truck.
We were lucky enough to be able to climb in and have a look around!
We also learnt about what the firemen wear to keep them safe.

Congratulations to William and Chanuthi who both received a certificate today at the whole school assembly.
Chanuthi has settled into school really well and William has been working so hard to learn his words.
On Wednesday afternoon we had some fun with Mrs Harding out in the sun.
We had some hula hoops, moon hoppers, skipping ropes and balls. We also got to play on the junior playground.
Thanks Mrs Harding for doing great sports activities with us!
