Room 9a visited the Life Education Van

On Monday Room 9a visited the Life Education Van.

We were learning all about how to be kind, how to be a good friend and how to look after our friends.

The caravan is a mobile classroom.

Harold came to talk to us about being a good friend. 

We did a jigsaw puzzle about how to be a good friend.

We had lots of fun.

We can't wait to go again on Wednesday. We hope we will see Harold again.

Welcome Ruby

Yesterday we had Ruby start in Room 9.

Welcome to Emily who started in Room 9 on Monday. 

Lots of Certificates

Last week we had Samantha, Iyra, Gavin and Edward start in Room 9. Here they are with their certificates. 

We also had Janessa and Mia receive a certificate at the whole school assembly. Well done!

Numbers to 10

Mrs Harding was teaching in Room 9 today.

Iyra did a super job of learning to match numbers to 10 with objects.

William was so proud of his tower he insisted that Mrs Burge took a photo.

Happy Mother's Day

We loved making the Mother's Day cards and craft. 

We hope all of the Mummy's out there loved them too. 

Samantha, Iyra and Ruby enjoyed making the flowers during their visit to Room 9.

Edward and Emily had a fantastic time on their visit too. 

The cupcake cards looked beautiful when they were finished too. 

Rr is for rainbow

We have been learning about the letter Rr

We painted rainbows because the word rainbow begins with the letter r
