Arts Week Drama with Mrs Grant and Mrs Turner

This week we had an Arts rotation with the Year 1 teachers. 
Mrs Grant and Mrs Turner got us to use some great Drama techniques called Freeze Frame, mirroring and role play.

We listened to the story "Funny Bones" by Janet and Allan Ahlberg. It is about 3 skeletons, one is a dog skeleton. They try to find someone to scare at night time.  The skeletons can't find anyone to scare so they end up scaring each other.

    I love ARTS week. It is so much fun learning through the ARTS and boy oh boy Room 9 - you are super actors! I love these freeze frame photos of your body shapes and expressions.
